The project’s main objectives were to identify an optimal location for a tourist port in Jounieh through a comprehensive technical, socio-economic, environmental, and financial analysis; evaluate the potential market; and assess the port’s accessibility via various transport modes.

TMS Consult was responsible for organizing data collection and field surveys, conducting a Traffic Impact Assessment (TIA) to evaluate the level of service and road network, and analyzing accessibility by land transport modes (private cars, buses, and public transport).
