The project’s main objectives were to find an optimal location for a Tourist port in Jounieh (based on a technical, socio-economic environmental and financial analysis), evaluate the potential market, and analyze the Port’s accessibility by various transport modes.

TMS Consult was responsible for organizing data collection and field surveys, conducting the Traffic Impact Assessment (TIA) on the level of service and road network, and analyzing accessibility by land modes (private cars, buses, public transport).
