The study built a reliable traffic model for the Bahrani Island in Abu Dahbi based on the projected built-up area (around 2 2 00 000 sqm). The model was calibrated using the EMME tool; several tests were performed to build an adequate network and analyse the development options’ impacts on infrastructure or traffic regulation.
