The study developed a reliable traffic model for Bahrani Island in Abu Dhabi based on the projected built-up area (approximately 2,200,000 sqm). The model was calibrated using the EMME tool, and several tests were performed to design an appropriate network and analyze the impacts of development options on infrastructure or traffic regulation.
