The study examined the network functioning of the new development in Monaco, “Urbanization sur Mer” (300,000 sqm), including the street network capacity and the demand for parking generated by land use (employees, residents, visitors, etc.).

It also provided the conceptual design for transport facilities, analyzed the project’s connectivity to the existing road network, and developed a conceptual plan for an attractive public transport system connecting the project to the city.
