Detailed project description
The ESIA (Environmental & Social Impact Assessment) is essential for thoroughly examining and addressing all project-related environmental and social impacts, both direct and indirect. It ensures that no significant residual impacts remain after all feasible mitigation measures have been applied. This ESIA study meets the requirements of the national Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Decree (Decree No. 8633, dated August 16, 2012) and the Environmental Protection Law No. 444/2002.
A traffic assessment was conducted in conjunction with the EIA. A specialized traffic model was developed and calibrated to accurately project the potential traffic volumes for the future road.
Based on this assessment, various scenarios were analyzed and compared to evaluate potential improvements or modifications, and provide recommendations and mitigation measures
